After the liberation of China from the Qing Dynasty in the leadership of Mao, he decided to establish Liling, China kiln to introduce the communist China's new time of identity. China has been the major nation to produce porcelains for domestic and export consumption. Like many dynasties, they upon establishing the political power-base, they have subsequently introduced and reintroduced porcelain production as economic means to wealth. Post revolutionary China, led by Mao, too decided the establishment pf a kiln that introduced the porcelain production but with new styles and theme. Liling porcelain shows the pink enamel in realistic images showing the fineness of drawings and paintings. Ruling elites used these porcelains as gifts during various diplomatic visits to impress the dignitaries and guests in order to enhance bilateral relations.
