This distinctive piece of Porcelain is a Famille Rose variety. It’s distinct shape and size states that it is made for the purpose of ‘Display’ and ‘Example’ only. The fineness of the virtue and style of the ‘Pink’ under glaze enamel, with the Peach flowers drawing and gold gilding show the key characteristic of the finest quality Republican period porcelain production. This tiny vase dates to 1930s and most probably fired at the Liling Kilns, situated in the Hunan province of China.
